Top 10 Most Pirated Movies of the Week (01/22/2019)

It looks like it was yesterday that 2019 started, but the truth is that January is already lagging behind. The last full week of the month begins with a handful of news on the list of most pirated movies to lighten up this unpleasant feeling that time is passing too fast.

There are so many new movies on the list that the podium was taken by assault by two newcomers. A Star is born has won the preference of those who frequent the torrent portals and appears as the most pirated movie this week. At his side, with the silver medal, appears Fury on the High Seas, which was not so well at the box office, but captivated the staff on the internet. Finally, in the lowest place is The First Man , the winner of last week.

Starring in this week's ranking Millenium: The Girl in the Spider Web , The Nutcracker and the Four Kingdoms , Bumblebee and Bohemian Rhapsody , totalling six new movies in the list.

1. A Star is Born


Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper) is a singer at the height of fame. One day, after leaving a presentation, he stops at a bar to drink something. There, she meets Ally (Lady Gaga), an insecure singer who earns her living working in a restaurant. Jackson is enchanted by the woman and his talent, deciding to take her under his wings. At the same time that Ally rises to the stardom, he lives a personal and professional crisis due to problems with alcohol.

2. Hunter Killer


Owner of unconventional methods, Commander Joe Glass (Gerard Butler) is responsible for leading a delicate mission for the dangerous waters of the Sea of Barets aboard the USS Arkansas submarine. The aim of the task is to monitor Russian military activity in the region after another American submarine disappears in those seas. Meanwhile, the political situation in the region has grown to the point where Glass has to make crucial decisions to prevent a conflict of continental scale between the two nations.

3. The First Man


Biography The story of Neil Armstrong (Ryan Gosling), an astronaut who was the first man to step on the moon. NASA prepares the mission to break the moon, and aboard Apollo 11, Armstrong manages to do so in July 1969.

4. Millenium: The Girl in the Spider Web


Stockholm, Sweden. Thanks to the stories written by Mikael Blomkvist (Sverrir Gudnason) for Millenium magazine, Lisbeth Salander (Claire Foy) became known as a kind of anti-heroin that attacks men who attack women. Despite her fame, she keeps away from the media spotlight and leads a life on the sly. One day, Lisbeth is hired by Balder (Stephen Merchant) to retrieve a computer program called Firefall, which gives the user access to a huge arsenal of warfare. Balder created the program for the US government, but now wants to erase it by considering it too dangerous. Lisbeth accepts the job and manages to steal it from the NSA, but did not expect another group, the Spiders, to be interested in it.

5. Aquaman


Son of human Tom Curry (Temuera Morrison) with Atlante Atlante (Nicole Kidman), Arthur Curry (Jason Momoa) grows with the living of a human and the meta-human capabilities of an Atlantean. When his brother Orm (Patrick Wilson) wishes to become the Master of the Oceans, subjugating the other aquatic kingdoms so that he can attack the surface, Arthur has the task of preventing the imminent war. For this, he receives the help of Mera (Amber Heard), princess of one of the kingdoms, and the support of Vulko (Willem Dafoe), who secretly trained him since his adolescence.

7. The Nutcracker and the Four Kingdoms


Clara (Mackenzie Foy) is a smart, independent young woman who loses the only magic key that can open a priceless gift given by her godfather (Morgan Freeman). Safa in solving problems, she decides to start a journey that takes her through the Kingdom of Candy, the Kingdom of Snows, the Kingdom of Flowers and the sinister Fourth Kingdom.

8. Bumblebee


Reflected in a junkyard in a small California beach town, Bumblebee, a broken, bruised, unarmed, yellow fusca, is found and repaired by young Charlie (Hailee Steinfeld) on the eve of his 18th birthday. Only when Bee comes to life does she finally notice that her new friend is much more than just a car.

9. The Vanishing


Lighthouse keeper James (Gerard Butler) and two other colleagues arrive on the Flannan Islands in Scotland for six weeks of work. The trio needs to maintain the lighthouse, and the routine in place is very lonely. As time goes by, the lighthouse keepers go into a spiral of paranoia when one of them disappears.

10. Bohemian Rhapsody


Freddie Mercury (Rami Malek) and his teammates Brian May (Gwilyn Lee), Roger Taylor (Ben Hardy) and John Deacon (Joseph Mazzello) changed the world of music forever by forming the Queen band in the 1970s. Mercury's extravagant lifestyle begins to get out of control, the band has to face the challenge of reconciling fame and success with their increasingly complicated personal lives.
