CES 2019 | HP brings laptops and monitors with focus on security and sound quality

The HP went to Las Vegas to present its new product line at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in 2019, an event that officially begins from Tuesday (8). The company arrives once again mainly with a line of laptops but brings new accessories as well. See what she has already announced in her press conference.

Laptops

One of the company's highlights at the show is the HP Specter x360 15, announced as the "first laptop in the world with AMOLED screen." It features a 15-inch screen and glass. In addition, the company has also upgraded its Specter Folio line, the lightweight, soft laptop from HP, which now has two versions: one in red and one in 4K.

In terms of gaming, the company also took the OMEN 15 Laptop, its latest launch for the sector with a 240Hz screen, ideal for games that demand greater precision.

In the executive sector, the company also has the HP EliteBook x360 830 G5, with a convertible touchscreen, and the HP EliteOne 800 AiO G4, the all-in-one with on-screen privacy technology, aimed at those who need to work with their device in public environments.

Monitors

The company has also invested in new monitor models, especially with new integrated sound options. In the Pavilion line, it features at least three new options: HP Pavilion 27 Quantum Dot, the first of the line with glass screen, focused on highlighting colors; HP Pavilion 27 FHD, with focus on chat and even content production with integrated B & O audio and a pop-up privacy camera; and finally, HP Pavilion 32 QHD, with dynamic technology that helps you view the screen from any angle.

Facing the desktop, the company also introduced the PureView HP EliteDisplay E243p monitor with the same privacy screen technology that exists in its line of laptops.

As for games, it features the OMEN X Emperium 65 Big Format Gaming Display, which brings the 144Hz frequency, ideal for games, coupled with a soundbar to amplify the sound. Still, in terms of sound quality for games, there is also the OMEN X Emperium Soundbar, with three-way loudspeakers and power of 120W, with strong sound capability, but that does not cause vibration at the table to disrupt the games.

Desktop

For the PC line, the company also updated the OMEN line with Obelisk. It arrives with memory capacity up to 64 GB, up to the GeForce RTX 2080Ti (introduced last year) and the ninth generation of the i9-9900K Intel Core CPU. It also has Liquid Cooling and Dual SSD. That is, it is a box prepared for what has the latest in the market.

Accessories

Finally, HP brings some peripheral products to CES as well. The first is your hub with 4K support. The HP ENVY USB-C has two USB-A charging ports and an HDMI 2.0 port supporting 4K resolution.
