André Marden, better known as "Mrelic", was a beloved person in the League of Legends community in Brazil, helping to establish the IDM Gaming group, which later - more specifically in December 2018 - was renamed Uppercut eSports. He was one of the CEOs and founders of the group renamed and died on Monday (14), at age 27.
The cause of the death of the professional player was not disclosed, but the organization of LoL of which he was part announced the occurrence in the social networks. It is known that Marden had health problems and constantly had to go through hospitals. Most recently he was hospitalized and had complications caused by pneumonia.
The Brazilian League of Legends community regrets Marden's loss on social networks. His friends, co-workers, organizations involved in the eSports scene, journalists and admirers express themselves and recall moments with the pro player, who was well known in particular for his good humor in the face of difficulties.
