Another interesting addition is the defect detection feature that will alert you if your photo is poor quality or if it captures someone with their eyes closed.
The analysis done by DXOmark confirms that we are facing a very good camera that takes really spectacular photographs. Focus system performance has also been signaled, as well as detail retention, noise reduction, zoom quality and realistic bokeh effects. The device has also gone very far in the field of exposure and provides an excellent dynamic range, which DXOmark says is one of the most extensive ever.

This means that the Galaxy Note 9 camera is able to capture high contrast scenes with deep shadows and very bright lights. Images are also bright and vivid, with balanced white balance and good color rendition.
