Owners of iPhone 7 faced with a serious problem

After numerous complaints from users on the forums, Apple acknowledged that some models of the iPhone 7 are subject to communication problems. It all began about six months ago, when the first messages from the owners of iPhone 7 began to appear that their phones stopped "seeing" the mobile network. Representatives of the Cupertino Corporation told how to fix the situation.

According to the owners of problem smartphones, after several months of use, the device suddenly stops receiving the signal from the mobile network. Rebooting does not solve the problem. In other words, one of the main functions of the gadget simply does not work.

Apple recognized the problem and stated that it is observed in some devices released from September 2016 to February 2018 and sold in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao and the US. According to the company, the loss of the mobile network is due to the failure of one of the components on the device's board. The manufacturer promised that if this problem is identified, iPhone owners can apply to a certified service center where they will be completely repaired.

All those who previously paid for the repair can contact Apple for a refund.
