“Apart from the Midnight Black and Slate Grey hues, the OnePlus 5 will soon be available in a new colour”
OnePlus recently launched its latest flagship, the OnePlus 5, in two color variants – Midnight Black and Slate Grey. Now the company is all set to release a new colour option for the device soon. The company has tweeted that the new color variant will be unveiled on August 7th. While the teaser doesn’t reveal the new hue, a recent listing on TENAA had mentioned “Mint Gold” as a third option, which is likely to be the same soft gold variant as the OnePlus 3T.
To recap, the OnePlus 5’s Slate Grey model comes with 6GB of RAM and is priced at Rs 32,999. The 8GB model that comes in Midnight Black is being offered for Rs 37,999. There’s no word if the upcoming third colour variant will be available for both 6GB and 8GB RAM models or not.
For the initiated, the OnePlus 5 sports a 5.5-inch FHD display, 64GB and 128GB storage variants, a Snapdragon 835 processor, a 16MP + 20MP dual rear camera setup, a 16MP selfie snapper, VoLTE, a fingerprint sensor and a 3,300mAh battery with Dash Charging.
