Windows Malware Infect 132 Android Apps On Google Play

It’s not unusual for new ways for users to get attacked in Android. This new malware and viruses are almost always outside the Play Store, taking advantage of users.

But thing unusual seems to have happened, having discovered that 132 Android applications are infected with malware that was created actually for Windows operating system.

This is one of the rarest cases of infections found in the Play Store, Of course, this little impact of code had on Android devices, limiting itself to secretly opening some iframes that pointed to two well-known domains and used for the spread of malware.

Google, the tech giant, was immediately informed of this discovery and immediately took off the apps from their play store, this ensures that these apps were no longer found on the paly store and installed.
