In our last post we told you that  Galaxy Note 7 hit Samsung really hard as they are finding answers to why it was a big failure, Samsung are coming out with options to make their brand still have the good image they had before the hip up by first by stopping the production of the device now they making an amazing offer to their Note 7 users aiming at making things better for them.

The mess that Galaxy Note 7 has caused with exploding units and two worldwide recalls, You can now return your device to Samsung and in return either get a full refund or exchange your Note 7 for something else. In order to make the return process enticing for users, Samsung has introduced a new offer that is destined to pique interest of everyone.









They are offering it Note 7 users $100 worth of credit if they return the device and get any Galaxy smartphone from them, believe many will go for Galaxy S6. The offer made previously for those returning their device was  somewhat mundane, giving users only $25 if they went for a refund. it seems the exploding of the Safe unit sent a strong message to Samsung.









To ensure loyalty from some of it users, i will call the $100 offer a smart move from Samsung, never the less it might not fix the damage cause they are putting their best to get thing together. The offers exchange program will start on 13th of October in United States. Furthermore, if you have already claimed your $25 credit from your retailer or carrier, then you’ll be pleased to learn you can claim an additional $75 as well this is cool.









Through the U.S. Note7 Refund and Exchange Program, consumers can choose the following options beginning on October 13, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. ET





-Up to a $100 total bill credit for a customer who exchanges a Note7 for any Samsung smartphone.




-A $25 total bill credit for a customer who exchanges a Note7 for a refund or other branded smartphone.






We advice all Samsung Galaxy Note 7 users to make use of this program to exchange his/her device to avoid stories that touch the heart by then Samsung will not be held responsible for any damage  Oculus in their now way helped to disable Gear VR support for Note 7 as well, ensuring people don’t strap in a potentially exploding phone on their faces.
