We will be guiding on how you can solve the problem of  insufficient memory by using  your SD card as default memory for storing files, app, and data before going into the step I will tell you the merit and demerit of using your SD card as default memory

THE ADVANTAGES OF USING  SD CARD AS DEFAULT STORAGE

All received file from Bluetooth and Xender will be stored in your SD card

All downloaded file and app will be stored on your SD card.

THE DISADVANTAGE OF USING SD CARD AS DEFAULT STORAGE

Data and files will be lost because you will have to format your SD Card (You are advice to backup your file before formatting)

 

THE STEPS TO MAKE YOUR SD CARD DEFAULT STORAGE ON ANDROID 6.0 M

Step 1. Switch your device and Remove your Sd card

Step 2. Insert your SD card back and Switch your device ON you will get the notification that new SD card has to be inserted detected, tap the notification

Step 3. Now Tick the use as internal storage and Click Next

Step 4. Click the "Erase and Format" Wait for the SD card format process to be done

Step 5. Tick the Move now or Move later depending on when you want to move your files from the internal storage to SD card

Step 6. Click Done and reboot your phone

Once your device boot up all files and app sent, download will be stored on your SD Card
