5 Simple Ways To Boost OnePlus 2 Battery Life

The OnePlus 2 has a huge 330omAh battery enough for the device to give you some great screen time results. It has a Snapdragon 810 processor which is known for heating issues, but according to OnePlus, they have worked on the processor so there is no heating issue on the device.

The battery life of your device reduced by Installing some faulty app which overclock the device. You can get better battery life by fixing the battery drain issues.

The 5 Simple Ways To Boost OnePlus 2 Battery Life:

1. Turn Off Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Location Services when you are not using them:

This is the first thing to do. These tools always run in the background and consume both battery and memory. So we recommend you to turn off Wifi, Bluetooth, and Location Services when you are not using them

2.Screen Display Brightness Setting: Screen brightness is one of the major reason for the battery drain. We recommend you to set brightness as low as possible when you are inside. Adaptive Brightness: Turn On Adaptive brightness feature. It will automatically control the brightness of the display according to the environment. To Turn it On Just Go to
setting–>>Display Setting–>>Adaptive Brightness(below Brightness level)–>>Turn On this. Setting Sleep Time: Check your sleep time on display setting. Set it to the minimum (default 15)3. Sim Card Setting (Use One sim if Possible).

3.
In OnePlus 2, users have the option to use two sim cards. We highly recommend using single sim if you can on this device. Because using two sim card will drain your battery faster. But if you are using two sim cards then take things in control. From the setting app, you select which SIM cards should be given priority in terms of messages, calls, etc.

You highly recommend using single SIM if you can. To Disable the sim card which you are not using, Go To Setting–>>Sim Card Option–>>Wireless and Network

4. Control Mobile Data

Disable the mobile data when you are not using your phone. Because on Android devices there are many apps (eg: Play services) which run in the background and consumes battery, data, and RAM.

To Do So Go to Setting–>>Data Usage–>>Turn off Mobile data (depending on which sim you are using)

5. Enable Power Saving Mode

This is one of the most important features of Android. This setting comes handy when you need some extra juice on your device. This setting will reduce the animations, vibration and limit the location services to increase the battery life of Android devices and this works.

Turn on this (Lollipop / Marshmallow)–>>Tap On the battery icon in status bar–>>Tap on triple dot menu–>>battery saver–>>Turn On. On Android 6.0 Marshmallow, there is an extra setting available called battery optimization.
